When will I receive my order?
We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Depending on your location, delivery generally takes 3–15 business days.
Can I track my order?

Why is my order shipped in different packages?
Some items may be shipped separately depending on their availability or warehouse location. This helps us ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. If your order arrives in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to our return policy. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return policy on eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to collect the required bank details and process the refund.
