Manufacturing Process
- Concept and Model Creation – First, a 3D model of the idol is made and then sculpted in clay for mould preparation.
- Preparing Mould – The master model is used to create a silicone mould that captures fine details such as jewellery, facial features, and textures.
- Polyresin Casting – Liquid resin is mixed with a hardener, poured into the mould, and set aside at room temperature to harden.
- Demolding – Once hardened, the mould is extracted. Excess material is trimmed and the surface is sanded for a smooth finish.
- Painting – A base primer is applied, followed by hand painting with enamel paints. A final silver coating is added for a smooth, radiant finish.
Note
- Wipe the idol with a soft cloth to remove dust.
- Avoid the use of a cleaning agent to wash the product, as polyresin may be damaged by moisture.
- Keep this away from direct sunlight as it may cause discolouration.
- Each product may feature slight variations in colour or craftsmanship, which adds to its uniqueness and beauty.
- Images may differ from the actual product in form and colour due to variations in screen resolutions and device settings.
