Manufacturing Process
- Selection of Raw Material: Copper sheets or ingots are selected based on the required weight and thickness for bottle production.
- Melting and Rolling: Copper ingots are melted in a furnace and poured into molds to form slabs, which are then rolled into sheets of the desired thickness.
- Cutting and Blanking: The copper sheets are cut into blanks according to the bottle design. Separate blanks are used for forming the neck and body.
- Neck Forming & Spinning: A spinning machine is used to shape the blanks into cylindrical forms. Annealing is done to prevent cracks and maintain metal strength.
- Threading: The neck is shaped using precision dyes, and CNC machines are used to cut threads for the bottle cap.
- Manufacturing of Cap: The cap is made from metal to match the bottle neck and includes a silicone washer for a secure, leak-proof seal.
- Annealing & Surface Finishing: Bottles are heat-treated to relieve internal stress and improve durability.
Note
- Do not store acidic drinks in copper containers, as they can react with the metal and become toxic.
- Avoid storing water for extended periods; ideally, 6 to 8 hours is sufficient.
- Clean the bottle using a mixture of lemon and salt to help retain its natural shine.
- Avoid using harsh soaps or chemical cleaners to wash the bottle.
- Dry the bottle thoroughly after washing to prevent water stains, and polish occasionally to maintain its luster.
