Manufacturing Process

- Fabricating Frame: Aluminium pieces are cut as per dimensions, and the branch and bird are added to the frame using techniques like stamping, laser cutting, and etching.
- Surface Treatment: During the finishing stage, polishing or powder coating is applied to enhance corrosion resistance, durability, and aesthetic appeal. A rocky texture is added to evoke natural vibes.
- Assembly: The bird is attached to the frame using welding and screws. Finally, the glass panel and backing board are added to complete the frame.
