Manufacturing Process
- Selection of Raw Material: Copper sheets or ingots are selected for the outer body, stainless steel sheets for the inner lining, tempered glass for the lid, and brass rods for the handles.
- Sheet Cutting: Copper and stainless steel sheets are cut into blanks according to the design specifications using CNC machines.
- Bowl Forming: Copper is hammered into the shape of the bowl, while stainless steel is shaped separately to fit the inner contour. Both are joined through mechanical press fitting.
- Handle Attachment: Brass handles are shaped and drilled into the copper body for secure attachment.
- Glass Lid Production: Tempered glass is cut and shaped, then fitted with a metal rim and a brass knob or handle.
- Annealing & Surface Finishing: The serving bowl is heat-treated to improve durability and reduce stress. The copper exterior is hammered, the stainless steel interior is smoothed for food safety, and brass edges and handles are polished.
Note
- Use lemon and salt to polish the copper surface and protect it from tarnishing.
- Hand wash the products and avoid using harsh scrubbers to maintain their finish.
- Keep acidic food in the bowl only for a short period to help preserve the product's finish over the long term.
