Cultured marble is derived from crushed stone, which is bound together through resin to make
elegant sculptures. These products are crafted using techniques such as carving, hand-finishing,
and mould-making. Cultured marble offers versatility, but it demands precision, artistry, and
detailing that are comparable to those required by natural stones. These designs are inspired by a

Manufacturing Process
- Combining Ingredients: Marble dust is combined with polyester resin and pigments. Resin acts as a binder, providing durability and strength, while pigment adds colour. The mixture is then poured into moulds and shaped into various forms, such as idols, showpieces, tiles, sinks, and countertops.
- Demoulding & Trimming: Once cured, the cultured marble is removed from the mould. Edges are trimmed, and imperfections are sanded down to achieve a smooth surface. This process requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishing.
- Polishing & Finishing: The final step is polishing using buffing to enhance shine and beauty, giving a luxurious appearance. Sealants are applied to the surface to improve durability.
Note
- Use mild soap and a soft cloth to clean the product. Avoid using harsh chemicals and cleaners as they might damage the surface.
- After cleaning, dry the product adequately to prevent water spots on the surface.
- For scratches, light polishing is required to keep the shine of the product.
