Manufacturing Process
- Combining Ingredients – Marble dust is blended with polyester resin and pigments. The resin acts as a binder for strength and durability, while pigments add colour. The mixture is then poured into moulds to create various forms such as idols, showpieces, tiles, sinks, and countertops.
- Demoulding & Trimming – Once cured, the cultured marble is removed from the mould. Edges are trimmed and imperfections sanded to achieve a smooth, refined surface. This step requires precision to ensure high-quality finishing.
- Polishing & Finishing – The product is polished through buffing to enhance its shine and luxurious look. A protective sealant is applied to increase durability and preserve its finish.
Note
- Use mild soap and a soft cloth to clean the product. Avoid using harsh chemicals and cleaners as they might damage the surface.
