Manufacturing Process
- Selection of Gemstone – This piece requires selection of 7 chakra gemstones – Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Clear Quartz, Green Aventurine, Citrine, Red Carnelian and Red Jasper for the tree. They are cleaned and cut into smaller pieces or beads which will be attached to wires.
- Crafting Wire tree – Thin GI wire is used to make tree branches and trees. Each bead of 7 chakra gemstone (Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Clear Quartz, Green Aventurine, Citrine, Red Carnelian and Red Jasper) is then attached to the branches to form a mini tree.
- Creating tree – These branches are then joined and twisted to develop the tree trunk. Then the artisan hand-shapes the tree and spreads out the branches to give it a balanced look.
- Base creation – The base is created from marble and the gemstone tree is attached to the surface. The tree trunk is secured to the base using adhesives for stability.
- Finishing touches – Final adjustments are made to the tree branches for fullness and symmetry.
