Manufacturing Process
- Designing

- Cooling: The cast brass is left to cool and solidify.
- Shaping and Trimming
- Removing from Mould: Once cooled, the brass items are removed from the moulds.
- Trimming: Excess material and rough edges are trimmed to refine the shape.
- Hammering and Forming
- Hand Hammering: Skilled artisans use hammers to shape and smooth the brass, adding intricate details.
- Annealing: The brass is heated and cooled to make it easier to work with.
- Engraving and Embossing

Note
- Clean instruction: Rinse the coffee filter with warm water after brewing. Use a soft brush to remove any residue and prevent tarnish. Dry all parts thoroughly after cleaning.
- Leaving coffee in the filter: Avoid keeping brewed coffee in the filter for long periods, as it can react with brass and lead to corrosion. Always transfer the decoction to another container after brewing.
- Natural cleaners: To remove tarnish, use a mixture of salt, lemon juice, tamarind pulp, and baking soda. Scrub gently, then rinse with water.
