Manufacturing Process
- Selection of Raw Material: Copper sheets or ingots are selected for the bottle, with thickness determined based on the intended weight and design.
- Melting and Rolling: Ingots are melted in a furnace and the molten copper is poured into molds to form slabs. These slabs are then rolled into sheets of the required thickness.
- Cutting and Blanking: The copper sheets are cut into blanks according to the bottle design. Separate blanks are used for the neck and body of the bottle.
- Neck Forming & Spinning: A spinning machine shapes the blanks into a cylindrical form. Annealing is performed to prevent cracks and ensure metal strength.
- Threading: Precision dyes and CNC machines are used to create threads on the neck of the bottle.
- Annealing & Surface Finishing: The bottles are heat-treated to improve durability and relieve internal stress, followed by finishing processes to enhance appearance and usability.
Note
- Do not store acidic drinks in copper containers, as they can react with the metal and become unsafe for consumption.
- Avoid storing water for extended periods; 6 to 8 hours is considered ideal.
- Clean the bottle using a mixture of lemon and salt to maintain its natural shine.
- Avoid using harsh soaps or scrubbers while washing the bottle.
- Dry the bottle thoroughly after washing to prevent water stains, and polish it occasionally to preserve its luster.
