Manufacturing Process
- Concept and Model Creation: A 3D model of the idol is created and then sculpted in clay to prepare the mold.
- Preparing Mold: The master model is used to create a silicone mold that captures intricate details such as jewelry, facial features, and textures.
- Polyresin Casting: Liquid resin is mixed with a hardener, poured into the mold, and set aside at room temperature to cure.
- Demolding: Once hardened, the idol is removed from the mold. Excess material is trimmed and the surface is sanded to achieve a smooth finish.
- Painting: A base primer is applied, followed by hand painting with enamel paints. Finally, a gold coating is applied for a smooth, radiant shine.
