Manufacturing Process

- Polyresin Casting: Liquid resin is mixed with a hardener, poured into the mold, and left to set at room temperature.
- Demolding: Once the idol hardens, it is carefully removed from the mold. Excess material is trimmed and the surface is sanded for a smooth finish.
- Painting: A base primer is applied, followed by hand painting with enamel paints. A final gold coating is added for a smooth, radiant shine.
