Manufacturing Process
- Concept and model creation – A 3D model of the idol is made and then sculpted in clay to prepare the mould.
- Preparing mould – The master model is used to create a silicone mould that captures fine details such as jewellery, facial features, and textures.
- Polyresin casting – Liquid resin is mixed with a hardener, poured into the mould, and left to set at room temperature.
- Demolding – Once hardened, the idol is removed from the mould. Excess material is trimmed, and the surface is sanded to achieve a smooth finish.
- Painting – A base primer is applied, followed by hand painting with enamel paints. Finally, a silver coating is added for a radiant, polished shine.
Note
- Wipe the idol with a soft cloth to remove dust.
- Avoid using cleaning agents, as polyresin may be damaged by moisture.
- Keep the product away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
- Each product may feature slight variations in colour or craftsmanship, adding to its uniqueness and beauty.
- Images may differ from the actual product in form and colour due to variations in screen resolutions and device settings.
