This piece is expertly crafted with traditional artistry and modern design. It includes divine figures of gods and goddesses, which are embossed on the gold-coated surface with vibrant colour hand painting that showcases skilled artistry. Manufacturing Process
- Preparation of artwork – Firstly, intricate works of idols are created digitally with additional elements like devotional Paduka. These designs are expertly crafted with cultural symbolism and conventional detailing.
- Metallic foil sheet printing – The artwork is embossed or printed on a premium-quality metallic foil sheet, which is gold or silver-coated using an advanced foil stamping technique. It gives a rich and reflective appearance with sharp detailing.
- Cutting and shaping – When the foil sheets are printed, they are cut with precision using laser or other tools. It is used to cut and shape into different components such as idol figures, gold-plated cards, and paduka sets. These elements are laminated or coated for durability.
- Premium gold acrylic base – The foil designs are mounted on a high-quality gold acrylic base with strong backing, which enhances the elegance and visual depth of display.
- Fabrication of acrylic base – Then the outer casing of the box is made from premium acrylic, which is cut to precision and assembled to take the shape of the box. The acrylic material ensures clear visibility of the content, is lightweight, and offers protection as well. A premium velvet sheet is fixed at the base to give a soft, luxurious background.
- Installation of magnetic closure – The box includes a magnetic closure mechanism, which keeps the contents of the box secure. It allows smooth opening and closing and enhances the experience of the user.
- Final assembly – All elements are assembled inside an acrylic box in a balanced arrangement. Then at last, proper alignment and finishing are checked so it can be packed for sale.
