- Concept and Model Creation: A 3D model of the idol is created and sculpted in clay for mold preparation.
- Preparing Mold: The master model is used to create a silicone mold that captures intricate details like jewelry, facial features, and textures.
- Polyresin Casting: Liquid resin is mixed with a hardener, poured into the mold, and left to set at room temperature.
- Demolding: Once the idol hardens, it is carefully removed from the mold. Excess material is trimmed, and the surface is sanded for a smooth finish.
- Painting: A base primer is applied, followed by hand painting with enamel paints. A final silver coating is added for a smooth, radiant shine.
