Manufacturing Process
- Concept and Model Creation: A 3D model of the idol is first designed and then sculpted in clay to prepare the mold.
- Preparing Mold: The master model is used to create a silicone mold that captures intricate details such as jewellery, facial features, and textures.
- Polyresin Casting: Liquid resin is mixed with a hardener and poured into the mold, then set aside at room temperature to solidify.
- Demolding: Once hardened, the idol is carefully extracted from the mold. Excess material is trimmed and the surface is sanded for a smooth finish.
- Painting: A base primer is applied, followed by hand painting with enamel paints. Finally, a silver coating is added for a smooth and radiant shine.
