Manufacturing Process
- Design Creation Artists or designers conceptualize and create unique and artistic designs for the polyresin handicrafts considering factors such as aesthetics functionality and market trends
- Mould Making A mould is created based on the finalized design Typically moulds are made from silicone rubber or other suitable materials to capture intricate details accurately
- Mixing Resin Polyresin a synthetic material composed of a mixture of resin and a hardener is prepared by mixing the two components in specific proportions Pigments can be added to achieve the desired color
- Pouring into Mould The mixed polyresin is carefully poured into the mould ensuring that it fills all the cavities and captures the details of the design
- Curing The filled mould is allowed to cure or harden at room temperature or using a curing agent This process may take several hours or days depending on the size and complexity of the handicraft
- Demoulding Once the polyresin has fully cured the mould is carefully removed to reveal the solidified polyresin handicraft Any excess material or imperfections are trimmed or sanded off
- Finishing Touches The polyresin handicraft undergoes finishing touches such as polishing painting varnishing or adding embellishments to enhance its appearance and durability
- Quality Control Each polyresin art handicraft is inspected for quality assurance ensuring that it meets the desired standards in terms of aesthetics functionality and durability
- Packaging The finished polyresin handicrafts are carefully packaged to protect them during transportation and storage ready to be shipped to retailers or customers
