Description
Turn an ordinary evening into something warmer with this set of 2 multicolour mosaic tea light holders. Coloured glass beads are set by hand across each holder, so when a tea light is lit the surface scatters light in small pools of colour across your table and walls, an effect no plain holder gives you.
Key highlights:
- Set of 2 mosaic tea light holders in a vibrant multicolour palette
- Handcrafted glass bead work with fine mosaic detailing
- Throws a warm, patterned glow when lit
- Compact size, easy to group across a table or shelf
- Takes standard tea light candles
- Sturdy glass base that will not tip on an uneven table
- Handmade, so the bead pattern varies slightly between pieces
Use them on a dining table, coffee table, balcony ledge, bathroom counter, or across a Diwali, Christmas, birthday or wedding setup. Grouped in pairs or clusters at different heights they read as a considered lighting scheme rather than a single accessory. At this price they also make an easy return gift, festive hamper filler or hostess present. Place on a heat-safe surface, keep away from curtains and drafts, and wipe with a dry cloth only. Standard tea lights are easy to replace.

Preserving Timeless Traditions of Craftsmanship
Manufacturing Process
- Melting and Cutting: The process of creating glass products begins with heating the glass at high temperature. As it melts, artisans skillfully use a shearing blade to cut it into a cylindrical form known as a gob.
- Moulding & Shaping: The gob is cut and falls into the mould, where it's shaped. The artisan then blows air through a hollow pipe, expanding the glass to fit the mould, creating the final product.
- Cooling & Demoulding: After the shaping process, the mould is carefully cooled. This ensures that the glass maintains its form as it starts to solidify. Once sufficiently cooled, the product is carefully taken out of the mould and left to cool further.
- Solidification and Annealing: The product shrinks and solidifies after cooling. Uneven cooling can create weakness and breakage in the piece, so the annealing process is used for product durability.
- Creating Mosaic Surface: Various glass beads are attached to a glass base, forming a unique mosaic effect. A layer of white plaster is then applied to secure the beads. After that, the piece undergoes finishing to ensure durability and cleanliness. The mosaic effect results in a beautiful product with intricate patterns.
