- Metallic foil sheet printing – The artwork is embossed or printed on a premium-quality metallic foil sheet, which is gold or silver-coated using an advanced foil stamping technique. It gives a rich and reflective appearance with sharp detailing.
- Cutting and shaping – When the foil sheets are printed, they are cut with precision using laser or other tools. It is used to cut and shape into different components such as idol figures, coins and paduka sets. These elements are laminated or coated for durability.
- Premium gold acrylic base – The foil designs are mounted on a high-quality gold acrylic base with strong backing, which enhances the elegance and visual depth of display.
- Fabrication of Acrylic base – Then the outer casing of the box is made from premium acrylic, which is then cut to precision and assembled to take the shape of the box.
