Manufacturing Process
- Concept and Model Creation: A 3D model of the idol is initially created and then sculpted in clay for mold preparation.
- Preparing Mold: The master model is used to form a silicone mold that captures intricate details such as jewelry, facial features, and textures.
- Polyresin Casting: Liquid resin is mixed with a hardener, poured into the mold, and left to cure at room temperature.
- Demolding: Once hardened, the idol is carefully removed from the mold. Excess material is trimmed and the surface is sanded to ensure a smooth texture.
- Painting: A base primer is applied, followed by hand painting with enamel paints. A final gold coating is added for a radiant, smooth finish.
