Manufacturing Process
- Concept and Model Creation: A 3D model of the idol is first created and then sculpted in clay to prepare the mold.
- Preparing Mold: The master model is used to create a silicone mold that captures fine details such as jewelry, facial features, and textures.
- Polyresin Casting: Liquid resin is mixed with a hardener, poured into the mold, and left to set at room temperature.
- Demolding: Once hardened, the idol is removed from the mold. Excess material is trimmed and sanded to achieve a smooth texture.
- Painting: A base primer is applied, followed by hand painting with enamel paints. Finally, a silver coating is applied for a radiant, polished finish.
