Manufacturing Process
- Concept and model creation – First, a 3D model of the statue is made and then sculpted into clay for mould preparation.
- Preparing mould – After that, the master model is used for a silicone mould that captures detailing such as jewellery, facial features and textures.
- Polyresin casting – Liquid resin is mixed with hardener and then poured into the mould, and then it is set aside at room temperature.
- Demolding – After hardening, the mould is extracted. Then the excess material is trimmed and sanded to get a smooth texture.
- Painting – First base primer is added, then it is hand-painted using enamel paints. After that, the silver coating is applied with a smooth finish, allowing it to shine.
