Manufacturing Process
- Preparation of Alloy and Melting: Kansa is created by combining copper and tin. These metals are melted in an induction furnace using medium-frequency induction heating to ensure even heating and reduced impurities. Once fully molten, the alloy is mixed thoroughly and its composition verified before casting.
- Casting: The molten Kansa is poured into preheated metal moulds using gravity or die-casting methods to shape the product. After cooling, the casting is removed for the next stage of processing.
- Shaping and Machining: The rough casting is reshaped using hammers. Precision measurements are then taken, and a machining centre is used to produce the final form—especially for items like massage tools.
- Finishing: The product surface is smoothed using abrasive tools, followed by buffing to achieve a clean and polished finish.
- Cleaning/Quality Control: Ultrasonic cleaners are used to remove any residues. Each item undergoes strict quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance with food safety standards.
